Brandstrike is a brand protection services company. Our goal is to help companies to achieve a more integrated approach to brand protection. By taking a more integrated approach they can more effectively deal with brand abuse by spotting and preventing issues earlier. The result is less revenue and reputation lost due to the consequences of brand abuse. We are members of The Anti-Counterfeiting Group (ACG), International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
We are unique in offering services that start at the brand clearance stage and carry on through to domain name/trademark registration, monitoring, infringement investigation and enforcement in over 200 countries/territories. To support these services we have an easy to use IP Management solution and product authentication technologies for supply chain tracking.
Clients range in size from start-ups to multi-billion pound global brands. We operate across all industry sectors and offer specific brand protection packages for start-ups and small and medium size enterprises.
We have the largest associate law firm network in the world spanning over 200 countries/territories. This enables us to investigate and enforce our client’s rights wherever abuse is detected.
Our client’s benefit from Brandstrike being at the forefront of developments in brand protection whether it is new intellectual property regimes like South Sudan or the latest product authentication technologies.
Due to our global reach and depth of services we regularly work with law firms to augment their client services.
We have recently become a publisher of IP Guides. The first one is called Guide to Trademark Registrations in European Dependent Territories. The Guide is used by hundreds of law firms worldwide and many well-known brands. A number of Intellectual Property Offices around the world also use it including in the UK. The Guide is available in hard copy at the British Library Business and IP Centre.
